WowPass
WowPass is a loyalty programme within Udora for both customers and partners. Customers can apply their accumulated bonuses or a promo code only in shops that are partners of the WowPass programme. Any shop can become a member of the WowPass programme by increasing its fee in accordance with the tariff scale.
By increasing the fee, you attract customers who want to make a purchase with a discount. Since not all partners in the city join the WowPass programme, there is significantly less competition among shops, and the likelihood of receiving additional orders is higher. The fee amount under the WowPass programme is calculated based on the total cost of items in the order, regardless of whether the customer applies the discount or not.
By joining WowPass, you can control your fee amount. It is one of the elements that impact your shop and your item’s position in search results for website and app users.

How to join the WowPass programme?
You can connect to the WowPass programme in the web version of your personal area by selecting ‘Progress’ in the menu. There, you can also adjust the percentage of bonuses that a customer will receive for orders in your shop.
You can also connect WowPass in the app. To do this, go to the ‘Progress’ section, open the ‘WowPass and bonuses’ tab, and move the slider so that it turns green.
*For most countries, the WowPass programme is automatically enabled for shops in the ‘Flowers’ category. To check if this programme is activated for you, please refer to the relevant tariff scale or contact us via the Support Chat.
