I ordered a bouquet from this flower shop. I wasn’t the recipient - it was for another person. I selected the option to coordinate the delivery date and time with the recipient. However, it turned out that nobody contacted her to arrange a suitable time; instead, they were simply informed that the flowers had already arrived, even though the person was not at the delivery address at that moment. The recipient also asked to have the delivery sent to a different address (of course, with an additional fee if necessary), but the shop refused. I don’t recommend ordering flowers from them, and I personally will never order from this shop again. It was very disappointing - I wanted to do something nice for the recipient and cheer her up, but instead the experience only ruined their mood. In the end, the flowers were simply left lying on the floor. And it’s such a shame that the money was wasted.
